The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Comfort Advisor with a proven track record in sales and customer service. In this role, you’ll use your expertise to build strong relationships, listen to customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive our business forward. Your efforts will have a direct impact on our success and on the satisfaction of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Listen attentively to customers, assess their needs, and recommend the ideal equipment and services.
- Relationship Building: Develop lasting relationships with key clients and negotiate deals that benefit both the customer and our business.
- Sales Excellence: Create accurate, comprehensive sales proposals and collaborate seamlessly with the installation team.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about market trends and customer needs, ensuring you remain a trusted advisor.
- Professionalism: Uphold our high standards by maintaining a clean driving record, a professional appearance, and a spotless company truck.

- Proven success as a Comfort Advisor .
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- The ability to safely access residential attics and confined spaces for assessments.
