Full Time Clinical Lead – CWOFS (Yakima Location)
CWOFS is looking for a dependable and motivated Clinical Lead to join our team in Yakima. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in patient care while also helping guide and support a team in a fast-paced surgical environment.

The Clinical Lead is responsible for performing clinical and technical procedures under the supervision of a licensed provider while also helping oversee the daily flow of the clinic. Responsibilities include supporting during procedures, preparing and breaking down surgical rooms, monitoring vital signs, assisting with patient recovery, sterilization processes, maintaining accurate electronic medical records, and taking radiographic images including 3D cone beam scans. In addition, this role helps lead the clinical team, supports training and coaching, assists with scheduling and inventory, and ensures a smooth, efficient patient experience from start to finish.
Requirements
- Current Washington Dental Assistant Registration
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous clinical experience required; leadership experience preferred
- Willingness to travel to Ellensburg/Wenatchee for training
- Experience with EMR systems preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
