Job Summary:
LeakSquad LLC is a growing local roofing company looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Canvassers.
Your job is simple: introduce our company to homeowners, generate qualified leads, and schedule free roof inspections for our roofing specialists. You are not responsible for inspecting roofs, climbing ladders, or closing sales. Our experienced sales team handles inspections, estimates, and contracts.
No roofing experience is required. We provide training and the tools you need to succeed.
This position offers exceptional flexibility. Whether you’re looking for a full-time opportunity, a part-time side hustle, or simply want to work a day or two each week, you can choose the schedule that works best for you. There are no minimum set days—you decide when you’re available to canvass.

Responsibilities:
● Canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce LeakSquad’s roofing services
● Speak professionally with homeowners and educate them about our free roof inspections
● Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments
● Collect accurate customer contact information
● Distribute company marketing materials
● Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments
● Represent LeakSquad professionally within the community
Qualifications
● Friendly, outgoing personality
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● Self-motivated with a positive attitude
● Reliable transportation
● Comfortable walking neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners
● Ability to work independently and stay organized
Previous experience in door-to-door sales, roofing, retail sales, customer service, marketing, fundraising, or canvassing is a plus, but not required.
