Responsibilities
- Host lively and interactive live-stream sessions to showcase a variety of products, highlighting features and benefits in an engaging manner
- Conduct product demonstrations that capture viewers’ interest and encourage immediate purchases
- Respond promptly to live chat inquiries, providing clear and friendly customer service throughout the session
- Upsell related products by identifying customer needs and offering tailored recommendations to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage inventory by stocking products for live sessions, ensuring accurate product placement and availability
- Maintain professionalism with excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers via calls or online chats
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure displays are attractive and aligned with promotional campaigns
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and basic retail math calculations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising or cashiering is preferred, especially within grocery or retail environments
- Demonstrated supervising or leadership experience in a retail or team setting is a plus
- Strong communication skills in bilingual settings are highly desirable to connect with diverse audiences
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math is essential for smooth transactions
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while maintaining high energy levels during live streams
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions with viewers and customers
- Basic knowledge of grocery store operations, stock management, and upselling techniques is advantageous
- Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
