Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and callers with a friendly, professional demeanor, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately.
- Provide outstanding customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clarity and patience.
- Maintain accurate data entry using computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for record keeping and documentation.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with office management tasks such as front desk operations, managing office supplies, and supporting administrative functions like bookkeeping and medical or dental receptionist duties if applicable.
- Support team members with personal assistant tasks including calendar management, time management, and organizing meetings or events.
Experience
- Prior office experience in a customer service or administrative role is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry software such as QuickBooks.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse customer needs.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, clerical tasks, filing, proofreading, and general office management is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and time management capabilities are essential for success in this role.
