Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Bookkeeper/Accounting/Office Manager to oversee our daily office operations. QuickBooks Desktop is a must. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records and processing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, invoicing and supporting clients. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Dependability and confidentiality are a must.
Duties
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Maintaining all office/clerical duties
- Invoicing
- Bank reconciliations and deposits
- Payroll through QuickBooks Desktop
- Business License renewals
- 401k Plan Administration
- HR administration. New Hire processing
- Maintain Contracts/Purchase Orders from Clients and collections
Qualifications
- Preferred 6 years of Corporate Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
- Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook
- Troubleshoot and problem solve

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
