Lead CNC Machinist Requirements:
- 3+ Years of of experience with Setup, Programming and Troubleshooting CNC Machines required
- Horizontal / Vertical Mills or Lathes experience required
- Experience with Aerospace, Defense, Industrial MFG or Medical Device Level Tolerances preferred
- Leadership / Mentoring experience preferred
- Haas, Mazak, Doosan experience preferred
- Edgecam experience is a plus

Lead CNC Machinist Responsibilities:
- Programming, setting up, and operating CNC horizontal mills, vertical mills, and lathes
- Responsibilities include creating and editing CNC programs, performing machine setups, selecting tooling, reading blueprints, troubleshooting machining issues, inspecting precision parts, and mentoring machine operators
- Work primarily includes manufacturing tight-tolerance aluminum and steel components for the aerospace, defense, medical device, industrial, and Department of Defense (DoD) industries
