Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to establish new partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, and local agencies.
- Research institution’s success departments
- Identify decision makers
- Update CRM with contact information
- Send outreach emails on behalf of the organization
- Track responses and follow-up dates
- Conduct follow-up phone calls
- Coordinate public speaking engagements, workshops, and community events to promote our programs
- Maintain accurate records and outreach notes
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with research and lead generation
- Comfortable speaking via phone
- Experience using spreadsheets and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
