We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our tight-knit team. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload, delivering evidence-based, one-on-one care. The ideal candidate thrives in a community-oriented environment, values clinical autonomy, and is passionate about helping patients achieve long-term health and wellness.
Duties
- Patient Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to diagnose movement dysfunctions and assess patient needs.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to unique patient goals.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver high-quality manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training.
- Patient Education: Instruct patients and family members on at-home exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans dynamically based on patient response and outcomes.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain timely, accurate electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with state, federal, and insurance regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate care smoothly with physicians, family members, and clinic support staff.
Requirements
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Licensure: Current or eligible State Physical Therapist license.
- Certification: Valid CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience: Open to both seasoned clinicians and passionate new graduates.
- Skills: Strong hands-on manual therapy skills and excellent interpersonal communication.

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
