Now Hiring for a Machine Operator

What You’ll Do
- Support and follow all safe work practices
- Process customer parts accurately and efficiently following SQPs and work instructions
- Communicate effectively with Group Leaders, Operations Managers, and team members
- Become proficient in your assigned work cell/area
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Identify and prevent defects or machine-related issues
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Track production counts and complete required documentation
- Move materials and work-in-process (WIP) within work cells
- Perform basic cleaning and machine maintenance
- Support company goals and additional duties as assigned
- Follow Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements and support continuous improvement
Experience
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Skills
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication
- Basic reading and computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of production procedures
- Manual dexterity
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Professionalism and strong work ethic
