Oahu Jump is Hawaii’s premier inflatable and event rental company, delivering unforgettable experiences for families, schools, businesses, and community events across Oahu. We’re growing fast and looking for a strong Operations Supervisor to help lead our daily operations and field team.
Position Summary
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily logistics, staff coordination, deliveries, warehouse operations, and event execution. This role requires leadership, problem-solving, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable managing both people and operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily delivery and setup crews
Coordinate routes, schedules, and event logistics
Oversee warehouse organization and equipment readiness
Train, motivate, and manage staff performance
Ensure safety procedures and operational standards are followed
Assist with loading, setup, breakdown, and transportation when needed
Resolve customer or operational issues quickly and professionally
Maintain inventory and report equipment damages or shortages
Communicate with management regarding daily operations and staffing needs
Qualifications
Previous supervisory or operations management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs)
Experience in logistics, events, rentals, or warehouse operations is a plus
