Here's what you'll get to do:
- Assistant Manager: Help with Admin and GM roles through training, follow up and being the point of contact for all Events.
- Become a VR Game Master: Guide guests through our immersive experiences, from suiting them up in VR gear to helping them capture epic moments to share. Must like working with children.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Maintain a clean and inviting space, troubleshoot any technical glitches, and ensure all equipment is in top shape.
- Train the New Crew: Share your knowledge and become a mentor to new hires, helping them become VR experts.
- Collaborate and Conquer: Work alongside a fantastic team to tackle projects and keep our fast-paced startup thriving.
- Safety First: Ensure the well-being of our guests, especially children and team by upholding the highest safety and cleanliness standards.
- Communication is Key: Keep management informed about store operations, progress on projects, and any ideas you have to make San Diego VR even better.
What it takes to be a San Diego VR champion:
- Guest Service Superstar: Your focus is on creating incredible experiences for everyone. You'll communicate clearly, go the extra mile, and show genuine care for our guests, especially children and team.
- Fit for Action: This role requires stamina! Be prepared to stand, walk, lift, and climb throughout your shift. Keen hand-eye coordination is a plus for tackling technical tasks.
