Holliston Pediatric Group, a community-based, family-oriented pediatric practice, is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate and dedicated team. Position Details
● Schedule: 32-36 hours per week

Responsibilities:
● Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to children and adolescents in a clinical setting
● Assist pediatricians with patient assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up care
● Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments as prescribed
● Educate patients and families on pediatric health, wellness, and preventive care
● Record patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records (EHR)
● Triage patient calls and coordinate care based on individual patient needs
● Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
● Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Requirements:
● Current LPN license in Massachusetts
● CPR certification
● Pediatric experience preferred but not required
● Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
● Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
● Strong teamwork abilities with a positive, can-do attitude
● Empathy, patience, and a dedication to patient care
