New hotel opening in December 2026. We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth at our new hotel in East Mesa. Starting now, in this pivotal role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, foster strong relationships with clients, and oversee a dynamic sales team. Your expertise in B2B sales, management, and business development will be instrumental in positioning our hotel as a premier choice for corporate and leisure travelers alike. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall hotel objectives to maximize revenue streams from corporate clients, event organizers, and travel agencies.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales targets through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct outside sales efforts by visiting prospective clients, attending industry events, and presenting tailored proposals that highlight our hotel’s unique offerings.
- Utilize PMS systems such as Stay PMS to track client interactions, manage pipeline activities, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract targeted customer segments.
- Prepare detailed sales reports using analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, forecast future trends, and refine strategies accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the client and the hotel.
- Manage business development initiatives by identifying emerging markets and developing tailored solutions to expand our reach within the corporate sector.
- Oversee account management activities to ensure excellent customer service, repeat business, and long-term client retention.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and enterprise selling within a corporate or hospitality environment.
- Strong management skills with a track record of leading sales teams effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Expertise in marketing strategies combined with technical sales experience related to Marriott technology products is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Cloud, CRM systems like Salesforce or Stay PMS or similar platforms, and sales management systems proficiency.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with the ability to build lasting customer relationships through effective communication and customer service excellence.
- Business development management experience with a focus on expanding market share through strategic initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with experience using sales analytics & reporting tools to track performance metrics and optimize strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing sales strategy or development teams while meeting or exceeding ambitious sales goals.
- Strong collaboration skills across departments such as marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align goals and drive results.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
