Compass of Hope is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about psychological assessment and committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive evaluations that make a meaningful impact on clients' lives. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who enjoys the testing process—from intake, diagnostic clarification and interpretation to report writing and feedback—and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
We are looking for someone who is:
-
Passionate about psychological and neuropsychological assessment
-
Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment
-
Motivated, organized, and able to manage their time efficiently
-
Committed to producing high-quality, timely reports
-
Dedicated to providing evidence-based, client-centered care
-
Excited to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy in their work
As a full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. You will be responsible for completing clinical interviews, administering and interpreting standardized assessments, preparing integrated reports, providing feedback to clients and referral sources, and collaborating with our clinical team to ensure clients receive appropriate treatment recommendations.
This position offers a competitive base salary with an exciting performance incentive structure that allows you to directly influence your earning potential.
Full-time psychologists are expected to complete two comprehensive evaluations per week. Once this expectation is met, each additional completed evaluation earns additional compensation, providing unlimited earning potential for psychologists who are efficient, motivated, and enjoy assessment work.
If you're someone who values direct service delivery, enjoys testing, and wants to be rewarded for your efficiency and expertise, this position provides the opportunity to grow both professionally and financially.
At Compass of Hope, we believe that timely, accurate assessments can change lives. Our psychologists are supported by an administrative team, allowing them to focus on clinical excellence while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We are committed to providing evidence-based care, fostering professional growth, and creating an environment where providers can build a career they are proud of.
If you're passionate about assessment and want to join a team dedicated to clinical excellence while having control over your earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
