Position Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse tasks to ensure smooth order fulfillment, accurate shipping and receiving, and seamless inventory management. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
The Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of warehouse tasks; order fulfillment, packaging, operation of the Shot Blaster, metal fabrication, restock inventory, clean and organize.
This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
· Must be efficient, to meet/exceed productivity and accuracy standards.
· Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
· Assemble, prepack, and make kits utilizing various power and hand tools.
· Metal Fabrication- Cut, grind, drill, deburr metal product, and cut chain.
· Operate warehouse equipment (Shot Blaster, forklift, pallet jack, etc.) safely and to company standards.
· Restock inventory and supplies so orders can be filled.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
· Assist with other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
· Previous warehouse, production, or logistics experience (preferred)
· Forklift and power tool experience (preferred)
· Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
· Basic math, reading, and organizational skills
· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
· Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to learn and take direction
· High school diploma or equivalent
Work Schedule:
· Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional overtime
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
