Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated QP (Qualified Person) professional to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and oversee quality assurance processes within our organization. Your expertise will support the delivery of exceptional social services, behavioral health programs, and client-centered interventions. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs across social services, behavioral health, and welfare programs such as Medicaid, Medicare.
- Provide crisis intervention and crisis management support to clients experiencing urgent mental health or behavioral issues.
- Deliver addiction counseling and behavioral health services with a focus on motivational interviewing techniques.
- Develop individualized care plans, coordinate resources, and facilitate access to community services for clients of all ages, including seniors and children.
- Supervise case management activities while mentoring junior staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and compliance records adhering to regulatory standards.
- Engage in client communication through active listening, cultural competency practices, and bilingual support when necessary.
- Identify community resources such as childcare programs, workforce development initiatives, and social support networks to enhance client outcomes.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed by administering first aid and CPR when required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies for working with culturally diverse communities and individuals with disabilities.
Qualifications
- Valid QP (Qualified Person) certification or equivalent credential recognized by relevant regulatory bodies.
- Proven experience in social work, case management, or behavioral health settings with a focus on crisis intervention and crisis management.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health practices, addiction counseling techniques, and social services systems including Medicaid, Medicare, and Section 8 housing programs.
- Excellent writing skills for documentation, reports, and client communication.
- Supervisory experience is preferred to mentor team members and oversee service delivery standards.
- Familiarity with resource identification in social services environments is essential for connecting clients with appropriate supports.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications related to social services or workforce development are advantageous.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
