We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Injector with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injectables. The ideal candidate has a refined aesthetic eye, strong consultation skills, and a commitment to delivering natural, balanced, and elevated results.
Responsibilities:
-Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
-Conduct comprehensive client consultations and develop customized treatment plans
-Educate patients on procedures, expectations, and aftercare
-Maintain accurate, compliant, and detailed medical records
-Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and patient care
-Build long-term client relationships and loyalty
-Maintain exceptional rebooking practices and consistent patient follow-up protocols
-Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in patient communication and care
-Show eagerness to grow a personal book of business and actively participate in events to attract new patients
-Stay current with the latest techniques, products, and industry advancements
Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in [State]
Minimum 2+ years of aesthetic injecting experience
Strong portfolio or before-and-after photos preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for aesthetics, artistry, and continued education
