What You Will Do
- Provide direct patient care in the home
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Use medical equipment as needed
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Communicate with patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation
What We Are Looking For

Active RN license in New York
-
BLS certification
-
Physical and QuantiFERON within a year
-
MMR immunization.

Strong communication and clinical skills

Reliable and professional
-
Ability to work independently

Willing to travel within Westchester
Schedule and Location
- Westchester County (in-home care)
- Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
- Part-time and per diem | 16–40 hours per week
