Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and staff management
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service to meet customer expectations
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and cash handling
- Coordinate catering events and banquet functions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of kitchen management principles and culinary techniques
- Experience in catering or banquet operations is a plus
