Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staffing.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a high-performing retail sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Manage payroll, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Oversee inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, stocking, and pricing to optimize product availability and presentation.
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and operational knowledge.
- Monitor store performance through operational management metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve efficiency.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail management with supervisory or managerial communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, and retail math.
- Excellent negotiation, recruiting, interviewing, and employee orientation abilities.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing retail sales teams with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in budgeting, purchasing, merchandising, and operational management practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Customer service excellence combined with phone etiquette and wireless sales knowledge is advantageous.
