The Little Gym of McKinney is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and engaging Gymnastics Coach to join our growing team. This is more than just teaching gymnastics—it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's physical, social, and emotional development every single day.

What You'll Do
- Teach fun, high-energy gymnastics classes using The Little Gym's proven curriculum
- Create a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for children ages 4 months to 12 years
- Build lasting relationships with children and their families
- Lead classes with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Deliver an exceptional member experience every day
- Assist with birthday parties, camps, and special events
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
Schedule & Commitment
- Consistent weekday afternoon/evening and weekend availability required
- Mandatory weekly team meeting Wednesdays from 3:45–5:00 PM
- Reliable transportation required
- Year-round availability strongly preferred
- We're looking for someone interested in growing with our team over the long term
We're Especially Excited to Meet Candidates Who Have Experience In:
- Gymnastics coaching
- Tumbling
- Cheerleading
- Dance
- Ninja or parkour instruction
- Physical education
- Kinesiology
- Early childhood education
- Youth sports coaching
- Summer camps
- Teaching or child development
Gymnastics coaching experience is highly preferred, but if you've successfully coached children in a similar movement-based environment and are eager to learn The Little Gym curriculum, we'd still love to meet you.
