- Paid Training and Certification: we pay for your 40 hour RBT training, competency assessment, and exam fee. Once you become an RBT, you'll also receive a pay increase!
- Paid Time Off: our PTO packages will help to make sure you get the time you need to rest and recharge.
- Sick Leave: we believe sick time shouldn't eat away at your PTO so at Hazel Grace, we offer you sick days in addition to PTO to keep you and our clinic healthy and safe.
- Retirement Security: we are dedicated to helping you plan for the future by offering a 401(k) plan with company match
- Mentorship: You will have direct, hands-on guidance and supervision from the company owner and sole BCBA.
What You'll Do
- Work 1-on-1 with children with autism in a dynamic, fully equipped clinic environment.
- Implement individualized behavior plans designed by the BCBA.
- Use a tablet to collect real-time data on learning targets and behaviors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment for our learners.

- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as dressing, grooming, feeding, and other self-care tasks, fostering their independence.
- Adhere strictly to professional ethical standards outlined by the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts while delivering direct behavioral therapy.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field is a plus).
- Experience: Previous experience working with children (In-home or center-based ABA, daycare, camp counselor, teaching assistant) is highly preferred, but not required.
