Inspire PDHC is seeking a compassionate, organized, and clinically strong Registered Nurse (RN) to help lead a new pediatric day health center serving medically fragile children and their families. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a mission-driven program from the ground up while working in a supportive, relationship-focused environment.
This role combines clinical leadership and facility oversight, with strong owner involvement and onsite operational support during the startup and transition period. The goal is to build a collaborative, sustainable culture.

Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing clinical operations and nursing services
- Supporting quality care and regulatory compliance
- Supervising nursing staff and assisting with team development
- Collaborating with families, providers, and interdisciplinary partners
- Helping establish workflows, culture, and best practices in a new facility
- Supporting a safe, positive, child-centered environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- Experience working with pediatric or medically complex patients
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a growing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supervisory or nurse leadership experience
- Experience with pediatric long-term care, home health, PDHC, or medically fragile populations
- Experience with trach/vent, feeding tubes, or complex care coordination
