Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the Business Development Center.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate BDC representatives to achieve appointment and sales goals.
- Monitor inbound phone calls, internet leads, text messages, and email inquiries to ensure timely follow-up.
- Develop and implement processes that improve customer engagement and appointment show rates.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for dealership leadership.
- Work closely with the sales management team to maximize lead conversion and customer retention.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet dealership standards for professionalism and satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure proper documentation of customer communications.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of BDC staff.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and overall department performance.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive BDC management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience with automotive CRM systems.
- Proven track record of increasing appointments, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
