Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable, reliable, and self-motivated Carpenter who takes pride in their work and operates with integrity. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, problem-solve on the job, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct sheds from the ground up, including framing, roofing and siding
- Read and interpret basic drawings and read measurements accurately
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure all builds meet company standards and customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Troubleshoot and solve issues as they arise on-site
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in carpentry (residential or similar construction preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship
- Trustworthy with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Be able to pass background check & drug test
- Must be able to work Mon-Friday 8-5

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
