The SVC WH mission is managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision, overseeing receiving, shipping, return & inventory, safety and maintenance operations.

Roles & Responsibilities -
50% Manage and oversee SVC WH
- Conduct daily meeting with department supervisor and direct supervisor(s) to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as production, sales, and product records control.
- Inspect physical condition of warehouse and equipment and advise improvement opportunities and follow-through to ensure safety of equipment, building, and staff.
- Achieve KPI goals for implementing productivity, quality, and customer standards.
- Resolving problems: completing asset and inventory audits; warehouse operation problem solving; Meet warehouse operations objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget.
- Develop warehouse operations process/system - developing processes for receiving, labeling, storing, replenishing, transferring, picking, packing, and shipping product via equipment utilization and inventory management.
- Develop warehouse design, layout, product flow, and product handling, as well as evaluate, recommend new equipment
20% Report Management
- Meet warehouse operations KPI objectives by volume forecasting, and prepare an annual budget.
- Prepare strategize report by daily, weekly, yearly WSC operation such ad unit cost, productivity and same day ship rate.
20% WH Safety
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with all OSHA and legal regulations.
- Secure property by developing protection and access policies and procedures, and coordinating patrols with security department, as needed
10% Other
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and professional organizations, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.
- Warehouse operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed Perform other duties as assigned.
- Train Warehouse staff to ensure continued growth, maximize productivity, and prepare individuals for leadership opportunities in the future.

Minimum Qualification Requirement -
- Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 10 years or more in the logistics field experience. At least 5 as a supervisor.
Physical & Other Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Pay: $77,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
