POSITION SUMMARY:
The Hospital Administrator at Freedom Behavioral Lake Charles serves as a key leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall success of the facility while promoting excellence in patient care, safety, compliance, and employee support.
In this role, the Hospital Administrator manages departmental operations, supports organizational growth, oversees budgets and operational performance, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. They work closely with clinical and department leaders to improve patient outcomes, strengthen operational efficiency, and support high-quality behavioral healthcare services.
The Hospital Administrator also plays an active role in strategic planning, employee engagement, community outreach, and facility development while fostering a culture built on teamwork, accountability, compassion, and professionalism.
The ideal candidate is a motivated and visionary leader with strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills who is passionate about supporting patients, employees, and the continued growth of Freedom Behavioral Lake Charles.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably administration/business related
License: None Required
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a Leadership Position in a Hospital/Nursing Facility serving Senior Adults with Psychiatric Issues
