Meridian Rapid Defense Group (MRDG) is hiring for the Field Specialist position, and we're kicking things off with a paid training and working interview. This is your chance to experience the role firsthand while we get to know you and evaluate fit.
Training Details
- Dates: August 5 & 6
- Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4 hours per day)
- Location: 7455 Reliance St, Columbus, OH 43085
- Pay: $25/hour
- Format: 1099 training pay, paperwork completed via DocuSign prior to training
About the Role
As a Field Specialist, you'll help deploy and operate Meridian's mobile vehicle barriers and beam gates — perimeter security equipment used to protect events and worksites. Training will cover an overview of the role, our company, and what it takes to succeed in the position, including hands-on exposure to deploying a trailer full of our Archer 1200 Barriers.
This position typically begins as part-time, as-needed work, with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.
