Experience: 2 - 3 years in a current sales role with a proven track record in sales success.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insurance concepts.
Customer Focused: Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.

Collaborative: Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other digital tools for client management.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, helping them understand and select the most appropriate insurance coverages.
Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, calling, and meeting potential clients.
Policy Advising: Educate clients about various insurance policies and provide guidance on selecting plans that best suit their needs.
