What You’ll Do

Supervise warehouse team members in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

Train, schedule, assign, and direct work; manage overtime as needed

Evaluate performance, address employee concerns, and support discipline processes

Maintain accurate inventory for internal product movement and external vendor receipts

Manage housekeeping and organization in warehouse and dock areas
-
Ensure product quality and food safety processes are followed consistently
-
Promote a safe work environment and follow all Tyson Foods safety and policy procedures

Perform other duties as business needs require
Work Environment

Temperature‑controlled warehouse environment with regular exposure to cold

Occasional exposure to vibration

Loud noise levels typical of warehouse operations

Requirements (Must Haves)

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent military or civilian experience (3 years)

Experience: Warehouse or supervisory experience preferred but not required

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills preferred

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills

Special Skills: Motivated self‑starter with a desire to learn and the ability to lead others

Travel: Some travel may be required for training

Compensation Range: $57,000.00 - $97,000.00 USD Annual
