Join our team at Cleaning Ope, a Minnesota loving Housecleaning business dedicated to helping families keep their homes shine! No experience is required – we provide professional training to help you succeed. During training, you’ll earn $16 per hour, and once training is complete, you’ll earn $17 per hour plus tips, with the potential for competitive pay as you grow with us.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
-Reliable transportation is required to travel between job sites. A company car may be available, but having your own vehicle as a backup is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, toilets, Showers, countertops, and appliances
- Dust and wipe down furniture, windowsills, and other surfaces
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Launder and change bed linens
- Serving above and beyond service, with full detail. No cutting corners on tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Skills:
- Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and strong chemicals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within allotted timeframes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Able to lift items comfortably such as equipment and small furniture.
