We are a fast-growing tabletop and home décor company, continuously expanding our product line and collections. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our continued growth. This is an in-person position for someone who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, and increasing sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail stores, gift shops, home décor stores, and other potential customers.
- Generate new business and bring in new accounts.
- Increase sales by presenting and promoting our product line.
- Provide market feedback on customer preferences, trends, and high-demand products.
- Help identify new products and collections based on customer demand.
- Attend trade shows and customer meetings when needed.
- Work closely with our team to grow sales and expand our customer base.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in the home décor, giftware, tabletop, housewares, or related industry.
- Existing industry contacts are a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
Compensation:
- Base salary plus commission.
