American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a fast-paced, high-acuity Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring a VA or compact RN license and a minimum of 1 year of cardiac or critical care experience.

Hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab setting with 3 newly renovated procedure labs
-
High-volume unit performing 12–18 cases per day across all labs, including STEMI call
-
Procedures include TAVRs, Watchman, CardiomEMS, carotids, Impella, CTO, peripherals, TEVARs/EVARs, and STEMI interventions
-
Patient ratio of 1:6
-
Schedule is 4x10-hour day shifts (8:00–18:30), alternating Mon–Fri
-
Rotating on-call required for weekends, holidays, after hours, and when the department is closed

Floating within scope required, including medical assignments and ED holds
-
Documents using XPER and Epic EMR
-
Equipment includes Philips imaging rooms (recently upgraded), Medrad, and manifold for injections
-
Active VA or compact RN license required

Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS

Minimum 1 year of cardiac or critical care experience required

Experience in cardiac cath and/or interventional radiology (IR) preferred
-
Responsibilities include circulating and monitoring during cardiac cath and EP procedures

Team-oriented, high-acuity environment that takes STEMI call

Scrubs are provided by the facility
