Position Overview
This is not a traditional sales role. Instead, you'll work alongside company leadership, sales, and marketing to develop executive-level presentations, feasibility studies, business analyses, customer proposals, business reviews, and strategic sales enablement resources that strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.
Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, advanced PowerPoint abilities, strong writing skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. You'll play an important role in helping our sales organization communicate more effectively, execute more efficiently, and continue growing.
What You'll Do
· Develop executive-quality PowerPoint presentations, customer proposals, business reviews, and feasibility studies.
· Create polished sales enablement materials, educational resources, and customer-facing presentations.
· Write and edit newsletters, business communications, and sales resources.
· Coordinate strategic business development projects from concept through completion.
· Manage multiple projects, requests, and deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
· Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to transform ideas into professional business tools.
· Maintain organized business development libraries, templates, and documentation.
· Help improve internal processes that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization.
· Support CRM accuracy, lead management, reporting, and business analytics.
· Ensure consistency across presentations, communications, and customer-facing materials.
What You'll Bring
· Experience in business development, sales support, proposal development, project management, sales enablement, marketing, communications, business analysis, or a related business function.
· Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
· Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
· Strong organizational and project management abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
· Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Confidence collaborating across departments and working with multiple stakeholders.
· A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, solve problems, and continuously improve processes.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
