Position Summary
We are seeking a Medical Assistant who is friendly, proactive, and dedicated to providing excellent care. The ideal candidate is someone who shows commitment, takes initiative, is punctual, and communicates with respect and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Clinical Duties:
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Document patient chief complaints accurately in the EMR
- Administer allergy injections safely and efficiently
- Perform skin testing, intradermal testing, and spirometry
- Maintain clinical cleanliness and follow safety protocols
Administrative Duties (as needed for cross-coverage):
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance and assist with patient billing/accounts
- Post charges and process payments
Qualifications
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred
- Previous experience in allergy, ENT, or immunology is a plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term growth
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication
- Eager to learn, improve, and contribute to a positive team environment
- Basic understanding of medical billing and insurance verification is helpful
