Barista Responsibilities (Espresso Cart @ Farmers Markets)
- Setup & Teardown
- Take orders & assist customers
- Make tasty drinks
- Dial in grinder
- Clean & restock stations
- Prep syrups and supplies for markets
- Clean dishes
- Chill and have a good time while slinging lattes
Production Assistant Responsibilities
- Sticker bags
- Fill and seal bags
- Complete online orders with accuracy
- Fill wholesale orders
- Grind coffee
- Local deliveries
- Post office runs
- Brew cold brew
Roasting Apprentice Responsibilities
- Setup coffee cuppings
- Taste coffees alongside head roaster
- Review roast profiles with head roaster
- Brew samples
- Assist with weighing green coffee
- Assist with roaster maintenance
- Roast coffee according to profiles
Qualifications
- Previous coffee experience extremely preferred
- Positive attitude

- Problem solving skills
