PT Home Health Independent Contractor or PRN
Independent Contract PT or part-time PRN Physical Therapist needed to make PT home visits for home health care clients in the south Denver, Aurora, or surrounding areas. You can select the area you wish to work in. Responsibilities are to assess clients in their home for therapy or rehab needs and develop a plan to complete with the client and their physician. This opportunity will give you flexibility to schedule your day around your own events and life style.
Requirements:
Experience in home health preferred but we will accept a Therapist with ANY experience including new grads! Therapists with experience in med/surg, ER/ED, rehab, SNF, Home Health, Visiting nurse, correctional facility, medical center, ICU, MICU, SICU, DOU, CCU, Float and pool therapists welcome!
Certifications:
- Driver’s License
- Must have a current PT license in the state.
This position requires a Physical Therapists to make home visits, establish a HEP for clients in their homes, obtain and follow physician orders, coordinate care with others in the home (RN, OT, PTA), and document services. Documentation can quickly be done in the home during the visit using an iPad.
$75.00 - $110.00 per visit for PRN or contract.
Full-time or part-time employee positions also available at a lower rate also available if you prefer to be an employee.
