At Mission: Renaissance Fine Art Classes, we’re more than an art school, we’re a community of artists, students, and families dedicated to preserving the beauty of classical fine art techniques and sharing them with the world. With over 50 years of expertise and the proprietary Gluck Method, we are the largest fine art program in the world, helping thousands of students of all ages unlock their artistic potential. Now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative & Class Consultant to help us grow even further by connecting with prospective families, answering questions, and helping them find the perfect class for their needs.
About the Role:
As a Sales Representative & Class Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students and families. You’ll share the benefits of our unique program and help prospective students feel excited and confident about starting their artistic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with prospective students and families via phone, email, and text
- Share information about our classes, curriculum, and teaching method
- Consult with families to understand their needs
- Sign students up for classes and assist with the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and enrollments in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new students
- Meet and exceed enrollment goals to help grow Mission: Renaissance
What We’re Looking For:
- Warm, personable communication style with strong listening skills
- Sales experience preferred (retail, phone sales, or client relations)
- Self-starter who is motivated by meeting and exceeding goals
- Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through
- Comfort with technology (CRM systems, email, basic data entry)
- Passion for the arts, education, or creative communities a huge plus
Compensation:
- Base hourly pay (starting at $20 per hour) with raises and potential commissions.
