Owenton Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a CNA Scheduler!
As a CNA Scheduler, you will play a vital role in assisting with the scheduling of our Nursing Department staff. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will work closely with nursing supervisors to ensure an effective schedule that meets the needs of our residents.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Schedules staff and prepares weekly nursing schedule
Notifies staff of schedule and necessary schedule changes
Receives incoming calls and directs appropriately to address nursing scheduling issues
Obtains permission from the Director of Nursing/Administrator prior to scheduling overtime or nursing registry personnel
Adjusts schedules as needed to accommodate changes, i.e., illness, vacation, PTO days, etc.
Collaborates with Nursing Administration daily to ensure adequate and appropriate staff is allocated
Assists nursing office with clinical management tasks as needed
Assists payroll manager with processing of weekly payroll and appropriate nursing hours
