Role Overview:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Impart education to children per the Little Wings curriculum.
- Devising developmentally appropriate learning-based activities.
- Make sure lesson plans are being implemented in the classrooms
- Support in challenging solutions
- Effectively communicate child progress to parents and management.
- Mentor junior staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about teaching children.
- Bilingual a plus
- 1 year experience and 30 College credit hours (6 of those being in ECE)
- Would consider no experience with 60 college credit hours, 6 being ECE.
- Candidate must also pass a pre-employment drug screening and a back ground check.
