Make a real difference every shift. As a CNA on our memory care team, you'll help residents living with dementia stay safe, comfortable, and connected and you'll be backed by a team that treats caregiving as a craft, not just a job.
SHIFT AVAILABILITY
Both full-time and part-time positions are available, working every other weekend. We're currently filling the following shifts-please state which shift(s) you're available to work when you apply:
Day Shift-7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Evening Shift-3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Night Shift-11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support residents with daily activities-bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with patience and dignity
Track and report changes in resident health or behavior so care teams can respond quickly
Plan and lead meaningful activities that bring residents comfort, connection, and joy
Build genuine relationships with residents and families through attentive, personalized care
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Active CNA certification (required)
Experience in assisted living; memory care experience a plus
Comfort reading and following a Resident Care Service Plan
Experience with dementia care preferred, we'll help you build these skills further
A calm, compassionate presence and genuine enjoyment of working with older adults
