Maintenance Technician
Maintenance technician position available in a corporate manufacturing environment. This is a stable full-time position. The selected candidate will be a part of our Maintenance department with the following functions:
1. Perform repairs, maintenance, starts up and shuts down, and troubleshooting on those machines that they are qualified machine operators (such as injection molding, wire forming/extrusion, assembly machines, tape machines, cardboard bailer, grinder, hoppers, vacuums, compressors). Must have documented training in each machine group prior to operating, repairing or performing maintenance of any machine.
2. Assist with mold changes being made timely and safely including set up by connecting water lines or another assigned task
3. Perform janitorial work and ground/property maintenance or other maintenance related tasks as directed by manager.
4. Report any problems or issues with production machines or other equipment to the maintenance manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintain a Forklift certificate. Mold change, machinery repair. Location of Osha regulations. LOTO procedures and location of operating and maintenance manual. Proper and safety operation of assembly machine, palletizer, pallet jack, taping machine, injection molding machine, and other machines used in production.
Skills: Specific skill-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: operating equipment used in the company, power and hand tools, etc.; adhering to safety practices; handling hazardous materials, reading and following procedures from operating manuals and safety policies.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
