Elevated Wellness Chiropractic is looking for an ambitious, patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our growing cash-based wellness clinic in Frisco, Colorado.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who wants the freedom of running their own practice while enjoying the benefits of an established clinic with an existing patient base, administrative support, and a collaborative healthcare environment.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
- Is passionate about movement, rehabilitation, and active lifestyles.
- Enjoys working one-on-one with patients.
- Values evidence-based care.
- Is self-motivated and excited to grow their own practice.
- Enjoys collaborating with other healthcare providers.
Experience with sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, dry needling, strength and conditioning, golf or ski athletes, or active adult populations is a plus—but not required.
Compensation:
Independent Contractor arrangement.
Details regarding room rent or revenue structure will be discussed during the interview process.
