Coco Key Hotel & Water Resort is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service during overnight hours while ensuring the accuracy of daily financial transactions and hotel records. This position serves as the primary point of contact for guests overnight and plays a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the hotel.

Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly customer service during overnight hours.

Perform guest check-ins and check-outs in accordance with hotel procedures.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.

Process reservations, room assignments, and room changes as needed.

Complete the nightly audit process and reconcile daily hotel transactions.

Verify and balance room revenue, cash receipts, credit card transactions, and other financial records.

Generate and distribute required daily reports to hotel leadership.

Ensure accurate posting of charges, payments, and adjustments.

Maintain front desk security and monitor hotel activity during overnight hours.

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams as necessary.

Assist guests with directions, hotel information, and local recommendations.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and guest service standards.

Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.

Previous night audit experience preferred but not required.

Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with computers and hotel property management systems preferred.
