Job Summary- The Receptionist’s primary responsibilities are to greet visitors and manage incoming phone calls.
The Receptionist is responsible and accountable for--
Maintaining front lobby area and making it a welcoming area for guests by keeping the desk clear/clean and keeping the lobby clean and free from clutter

Delivering excellent customer service by having a professional and positive attitude in all interactions with customers.
- Greeting, monitoring, announcing and logging visitors

Maintain CIH driver and vehicle list for insurance company

Answering and routing calls in a timely manner to the correct individual
-
Managing office supply inventory
-
Reviewing purchase order acknowledgements and attaching in Opening Suite
-
Assisting with receivables by faxing past due sales order invoices to customers
-
Opening and distributing mail and faxes in a timely manner
-
Mail/email monthly customer statements
-
Other administrative duties as assigned

Experience and other requirements--

Experience with ERP systems preferred

No issue with repetitive use of fingers and hands and moving up to 20lbs.

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
