We are a newer, rapidly growing high-volume Mazda dealership in Northern Virginia looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who wants to help build something special.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team in a high-volume environment
- Drive showroom, phone, internet, and appointment performance
- Work directly with sales consultants to improve process and closing ratios
- Ensure CRM accountability and follow-up execution
- Help create a high-energy, customer-first culture
- Partner closely with Finance and Service departments
- Assist with inventory strategy, merchandising, and pre-owned operations
- Recruit and mentor future talent within the organization
Qualifications:
- Automotive sales management experience is a must
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency with VIN Solutions CRM, Reynolds DMS, and digital retailing platforms
- Finance experience preferred
- Process oriented mindset
- High level of professionalism and accountability
- Ability to motivate and develop people
- Competitive drive with a team first mentality
- Strong desking and customer facing skills
