ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The following essential functions represent the fundamental job duties of the employment position. If, through reasonable accommodation, a disabled person can substantially perform the essential functions of the job, such accommodation may be made.
A. Supports the Athletic director in the daily tasks and operations of the office.
B. Promptly responds to questions, complaints and requests.
C. Maintains the security and confidentiality of all privileged information.
D. Oversees the inventory and operation of athletic equipment.
E. Monitors the finances associated with the athletic department.
F. Assists in the preparation of athletic forms and materials.
G. Attends meetings and prepares notes, as instructed.
H. Assists with the scheduling of athletic events and arrangements for proper transportation and use of facilities.
I. Oversees the pre-sale of tickets for athletic events.
J. Participates in professional growth activities.
K. Complies with all District policies and procedures.
L. Performs other functions as assigned.
