Responsibilities of the Verizon Brand Advisor
- Introduce Verizon products and services through personalized, solution-focused conversations.
- Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- As a Verizon Brand Advisor, educate customers on Verizon plans, devices, promotions, and available service options.
- Stay informed on the latest Verizon products and technology to confidently answer customer questions.
- Contribute to individual and Verizon Brand Advisor team goals through professional customer engagement and relationship building.
Qualifications of the Verizon Brand Advisor
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
