We are a residential roofing company with 750+ completed jobs across South Central PA since 2018. We run a modern, tech-forward operation: clean job scheduling, organized material drops, and limited chaos.
What You’ll Do
- Remove and install asphalt shingle roofing, EPDM rubber, Standing Seam Metal, Vinyl Siding, and Fiber Cement (James Hardie) systems on residential homes (metal experience a plus)
- Install underlayment, ice & water shield, drip edge, flashing, and ventilation to manufacturer spec
- Complete repair jobs independently or as part of a small crew
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional — homeowners are watching, and referrals are our lifeblood
- Load, stage, and manage materials; operate hand and power tools safely
- Communicate clearly with your crew lead and, when needed, with homeowners
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on roofing experience (tear-off and install)
- Comfortable working at heights and in variable weather
- Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work physically demanding days
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Lancaster-area shop
- Show up on time, every time — dependability matters more to us than speed
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (we’ll help you get it if you don’t have it)

Schedule
Monday–Friday, weather permitting, with occasional Saturdays during busy season. Typical day starts early to beat the heat.
